Our shipping hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We ship UPS and free USPS only. All other requested shipments like FedEx will be by phone orders only. If you choose the free USPS we will not be responsible for lost packages. If your package gets lost you will have to make a claim with the post office then we can help after.
All orders after 04:00 pm will ship the next day. Weekend orders after Friday at 04:00 pm will ship on Monday.
We are not responsible for shipping delays (IE: weather/traffic / act of god etc.) once shipments leave our facility, unless it is our delay. We do not have many packages get lost but one in a great while. It can happen.

UPS shipments you will still have to make the claim then we can step in to find the package. We will do our very best to find the package and get it deliverd as soon as possible. UPS Is an easy process and easier for us to locate it and get it to you or ship a new one if needed.
